Advantage Aerospace Accessories, LLC. Warrants the articles maintained to be free from defects in workmanship in the area of repair/maintenance. Articles are warranted for a period of 12 months for overhaul and 6 months for repairs commencing from the date of overhaul and/or repair.
Advantage Aerospace’s liability shall be limited to replacing or repairing any part which may be damaged as a result of such defect. The obligation of Advantage Aerospace under this warranty is limited to correction at its facility of any equipment, which has failed to meet operational standard and is subject to the following conditions:
- The assembly is returned to Advantage Aerospace within thirty days after discovery of defects.
- The assembly has been operated and maintained in accordance with current manufacturer manuals, operator handbooks, written recommendations and service bulletins.
- Proper records have been kept, especially installation dates, when time in service is the only criterium.
- The assembly has not experienced any foreign object damage or induced failure.
- The article has not been tampered with in any way, including, but not limited to: disassembly-to any extent, modifications and/or adjustments , subjection to any sort of maintenance by another entity
- Advantage Aerospace does not warrant original manufacturer’s parts except to the extent each manufacturer expressly guarantees or warrants its products. In such cases Advantage Aerospace will provide all warranty claims on behalf of its customer for original manufacturers warranty consideration.
Advantage Aerospace will not be liable, in any event, for consequential damages resulting from the failure of a part or sub-assembly fitted during processing of an article. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed, implied or statutory.
Advantage Aerospace will, at its own discretion, determine whether or not the failure is covered under the terms of the warranty.
